Services Offered: Accurate coding for Evaluation and Management (Inpatient/Outpatient) and Emergency Department professional fee services using ICD-10-CM, CPT-4, and HCPCS. Includes documentation review, claim denial resolution, and compliance with HIPAA and payer guidelines.

Pricing: $10–$15/hour or $1–$1.80/chart, based on project complexity and volume. Rates exclude Guru.com’s commission (client to cover per platform policy).

Payment Terms: Payments via Guru’s SafePay or milestone system. Invoices issued weekly or upon project completion, due within 7 days. Late payments may incur a 5% fee.

Turnaround Time: Standard delivery within 24–48 hours per batch of records. Rush projects (same-day delivery) incur a 20% surcharge, subject to agreement.

Communication: Available via Guru messaging with responses within 24 hours. Working hours: 11 AM–9 PM IST, Monday–Friday. Video calls available upon request with 24-hour notice.

Quality & Revisions: Guaranteed 97%+ audit accuracy. One round of revisions included at no cost; additional revisions at $5/chart or hourly rate.
