Over 10 years of multidimensional marketing communications and leadership experience in different geographies in leading energy and petroleum companies.

Until recently I was holding a position of a Head of Public Relations Department in one of the biggest energy initiatives of Turkey, construction Project of the first Turkish Nuclear Power Plant in Akkuyu, Mersin, total cost of which is estimated to be USD 22 bln. This job not only requires knowledge and understanding of processes within the energy sector, but also demands proactive involvement in the dialogue with ministries and other stakeholders within the governmental bodies. One of our functions is to provide a link between relevant structures within the company and local businesses/municipalities in order to raise awareness on the high standards of the newly emerging nuclear industry and assist in reaching necessary layers of expertize and compliance.
My recent job allowed me to fully apply my skills and knowledge gained in the dynamic petroleum retail sector as a PR and Advertising Manager of a Turkish branch of a Russian energy giant Lukoil. Over the 8 years spent in Lukoil, I witnessed perfect transformation from a small business unit into a world class market player which coincided with my career growth and personal development. This challenging and rewarding years allowed me to gain important business contacts within the sector, to establish close relationship with sectorial media and develop strong business intelligence analysis and public opinion research techniques. I led several nationwide campaigns both in conventional and social media and learned to find best marketing solutions under the pressure of meeting sales targets. I am a life-skilled team-player, confident, experienced professional who is fluent in 4 languages, three of which are native( Russian, Turkish, Azerbaijani) and who is familiar with the business culture of the region including CIS countries.I am capable of easily adapting into multicultural environment with a diverse international experience not only limited to marketing but also journalism, international logistics and trade.
