About

Business Solutions + IT Solutions = Maximum Business Performance!

ZATIS is the culmination of Zillions of Affordable Technologies and Innovative Solutions launched on January 1, 2014. ZATIS is a dba of Jason’s IT Service, LLC owned and operated by Jason J. Smith.

Jason’s IT Service, LLC was started on August 9, 2009 by company President, Jason J. Smith. After being in business for himself for thirteen and a half years, Jason decided it was finally the time to focus on doing what he did best. Jason had always been, “everyone’s computer guy”, and this was always done on the side and secondary to his core business focus as an Internet Service Provider.

Jason’s IT Service, LLC is an MSP (Managed Service Provider) providing outsourced IT support to small and medium business clients throughout Western Michigan. Service locations are primarily within a 20 square mile radius of Grandville with some clients located in Kent, Ottawa and parts of Newaygo and Montcalm counties. Key differentiators are responsiveness and personal attention.

Jason J. Smith co-founded PathWay Computing on March 6, 1996 as a dial-up ISP (Internet Service Provider) in Greenville, Michigan. Jason owned and operated this business for 6 and a half years. PathWay Computing was a successful startup providing local connections to the Internet for 90+ communities throughout Western Michigan. Jason’s time spent as CEO with PathWay served as a launching point for his next company startup delivering faster wireless connections to local area businesses and residents who were unable to take advantage of new DSL and cable technologies.

Jason Smith’s decision to focus on IT marked a significant turning point in both career and family. Owning and operating Internet Service Provider companies required a vast technical knowledge base in order to successfully manage and maintain customer satisfaction, but they also required continued reinvestment of working capital for continued growth.
