Zeeshan has several years of experience working and growing in the financial real estate and capital markets. He has spent time enhancing his education and has a BComm. from the Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto, has passed his CFA Level I and is planning to attain the charter, has his IFIC license for financial advising, and has also studied at the Warwick Business School in the UK.
Zeeshan has experience ranging from serving real estate companies to managing client’s money at a large bank. After working at Venterra Realty, a commercial real estate vendor, he has gained experience at Symphony Senior Living, another commercial real estate company dealing in large senior homes within North America, where he was exposed to parts of the processes involved in the acquisition, operation, and disposition of properties. He has also worked in the corporate environment at TD Canada Trust in several areas. Moving on from product management and personal banking finance where he was responsible for P&L analysis and revenue optimization projects, he gained experience managing peoples retail investment portfolios which focused on investments in different TD funds, GICs, and other securities before moving to the operational side of the FX Capital Markets where he was responsible for ensuring smooth movement of large sums of money. He has experience working with different people, from retail investors to large hedge funds and investment firms that he interacted with and dealt with during his time in the Capital Markets.
