“All-weather - all terrain” filmmaker
My name is Dimitris Zisopoulos, 46 yo, filming from age of six.
My studies were on Palaeontology (because of my discovery of a mammoth in age of 14), but the same discovery guided me making documentaries.
The times that I made my first steps in filmography, there was no schools of that subject in Greece.
My first certifications was given by the National Hellenic Television Network. I am member of the Directors Association of Greece since 2004.

My skills:
_Film directing (documentaries and non fiction productions).
_Filming (I like very much using field cinema equipment in sophisticated ways).
_Direction of photography (I prefer working in natural environment)
_Extreme filming (I use my skills as a past Truck & Field International Champion, as a climber, diver, skier, ect)
_Music Compositing (I’m doing this only for my documentaries using Logic Pro)
_Editing (I prefer doing the First Cut by myself in FCP and Premier)

_Good level of english language, greeks and ancient greeks (that is extreme helpfull in productions about sciences)
