I have a total 11 years of working. I have 7 years experience working as a Senior Technical Support Engineer with the MNC and domestic networking companies providing home, small home office and enterprising solutions. I have been providing technical solutions to the Internet Service Providers setting up the networking devices at the customer premises, to the pre-sale and post sale personnels to fix the customer issues, to the end users directly.
I have been installing and fixing issues related to modems and wifi router, Access Points, enterprise managed and unmanaged switches, load balance router, Wireless Access Controllers, IP and CCTV cameras and NAS device.
I have been working for 4 years as an IT professional in an Engineering College and a computer manufacturing company looking after the IT related work of a department wherein handling computer hardware, software LAN and WAN related issues were core along with working on printers, Access Points, wifi routers, firewall and web server were a part.
