I, Zubair Bashir, am currently a Sophomore at the Lahore University of Management Sciences. Since high-school I have always enjoyed public speaking -Model UNs specifically. As a result I have developed a liking towards producing formal analytic work, which is concise in nature.
At university I wish to explore a lot of avenues. In academics I want to enroll in courses outside my area of discipline. While in extracurricular activities I wish to continue public speaking, take host team experience and be part of trips conducted by the Adventure Society.
What I like most about this point in time is that I get to people from various backgrounds, and each holds a different perspective on a host of topics. Socializing would be the most apt way to describe this.
When it comes to work ethic, I prefer to hold myself by the same standards I would hold someone I wish to hire. Work needs to be done diligently, and must be effective. One should be able to mold themselves to the requirements of his or her employer while ensuring that they do not lose their own unique touch in the process. A little give and take to produce good work.
