Work Terms

Ops Nova Consulting helps businesses improve operations, reduce costs, increase profitability, streamline processes, and build scalable systems. We begin with a complimentary introductory consultation online call to understand your business, challenges, and objectives, followed by a customized proposal.

Our preferred approach is a minimum 6-month transformation program:

Month 1: Deep business assessment, team discussions, problem identification, and Action Plan.
Month 2: Strategy implementation and testing.
Month 3: Strategy optimization and KPI development.
Months 4–6: Implementation, monitoring, improvement, and documentation.
