Work Terms

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00 (GMT+3, Istanbul Time)
Communication: I prefer direct messaging via the platform or other secure messaging tools; video calls are available upon request.
Payment terms: 50% upfront for new clients, balance on completion. Payments accepted via Wise, Ria Money, bank transfer, or Payoneer.
Revisions: 2 rounds included; extra revisions negotiable.
Timeline: Usually 2–4 weeks for children’s books, depending on project scope.
Cancellation: Payment due for work completed if project is cancelled midway.
