2D Floor Plan & External Rendering for 2-Story Warehouse-Style Apartment + Workspace

I’m looking for an experienced designer to create detailed 2D floor plans and external renderings for a modern, 2-story warehouse-style building.

Project Overview:The building will be a combination apartment and workspace, with the following layout:
Ground Floor: Kitchen, lounge area, office, and meeting space.
Upper Floor: Bedroom and bathroom.
Internal staircase connecting the two levels.
Requirements:
2D floor plans for both floors, showing dimensions and layout.
External rendering of the building (front view only) to visualize the finished design.
Clean, professional, and accurate presentation suitable for planning and concept approval.

Deliverables:
High-resolution PDF/JPEG/PNG files of the plans and renderings.
Editable source files (DWG, SketchUp, or similar) preferred.
Ideal Candidate:
Experience in architectural design and rendering.
Strong portfolio of similar residential/warehouse-style projects.
Ability to communicate and make revisions based on feedback.
