3D rendering off architectural plans

Convert existing architectural plans (PDF or DWG format on demand) into a complete 3D model of a new bi-family house.
The goal is to use the 3D model to refine the construction contract — specifically to define electrical outlet placement, floor finishes, and fixture specifications before signing with the general contractor.
Project details
Building: new bi-family house, 2 apartments of 4.5 rooms each, approx. 250 m² total habitable surface, 3 levels (basement/RDC/étage)
Files provided: architectural PDF or DWG files  plans from Atelier Pietrini, including floor plans, cross-sections, facades, and site plan
All elements shown on the plans must be modelled: walls with correct thickness, windows with correct dimensions, doors, staircases, canalisations/piping routes, and terrain slope
Preferred software Cedreo (Pro) or SketchUp Pro — please specify which you work in and share relevant portfolio examples
Deliverable A complete 3D model with:
All 3 floor levels correctly modelled (walls, windows, doors, stairs)
Basic placeholder furniture placed room by room (beds, sofa, kitchen units, shower/bath, WC) — exact models and brands to be defined by me at a later stage
Clearly labelled rooms
Shareable/editable file so I can take over to add electrical layout
I will take over to define the electrical plan (socket positions, lighting, EV charging points) directly in the software.
