This job establishes a bounded patent-research support arrangement for separately authorized tasks.
Funding in SafePay does not authorize work by itself. Work may be performed only under a specific written Task Order issued by the Employer in the Guru WorkRoom.
Each Task Order will define its own scope, deliverable, fixed price, and limitations. No minimum number or total value of future tasks is guaranteed.
The Freelancer shall not broaden a search, retrieve additional documents or patent families, perform relevance assessment, claim comparison, patentability analysis, or other substantive work beyond the expressly authorized Task Order without prior written authorization.
If completion requires work outside the authorized scope, the Freelancer shall stop and report the limitation before proceeding.
All non-public materials, instructions, work product, and deliverables provided by or prepared for the Employer under this arrangement are confidential and shall not be disclosed to any third party or used for any purpose other than performing expressly authorized work for the Employer.
This restriction does not apply to information already publicly available independently of this arrangement.
No publication, portfolio use, reuse, or disclosure of Employer-specific work product is authorized.
All payments will be handled through Guru.
