ROLE OVERVIEW
The Client Outreach & AI Marketing Specialist will use AI-driven tools and marketing platforms to review our database of past appraisals, create targeted outreach campaigns, and communicate with potential clients who may need updated appraisals. This role involves both digital marketing and direct client engagement.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Review and organize database of prior appraisal clients.
Use AI tools (ChatGPT, CRM automation, video personalization platforms) to create outreach campaigns.
Develop and distribute educational content, including emails, short videos, and marketing messages.
Highlight industry insights (e.g., “62% of listings contain incorrect square footage”) to demonstrate the need for updated appraisals.
Conduct follow-up communication with borrowers, agents, and lenders who may require new appraisals.
Track outreach performance and report results.
QUALIFICATIONS
Proficiency in AI tools, CRM systems, and digital marketing platforms.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Organized and detail-oriented with experience managing databases.
Familiarity with the real estate, mortgage, or appraisal industry is a plus.
Comfortable with outreach, follow-ups, and client interaction.
COMPENSATION

Hourly rate or project-based pay, depending on experience.
