AI Automation & Agent Developer

We are a growing AI automation and consulting agency helping businesses streamline operations and unlock new growth by leveraging AI agents, workflow automation, and intelligent integrations. Our clients span multiple industries, and we build both custom automations tailored to their workflows as well as reusable frameworks that scale across customers.

We’re looking for an experienced developer/software engineer who thrives in creating practical AI-powered solutions and can operate independently while collaborating with a small team.

Responsibilities
Design, build, and deploy AI automations and agents for diverse client use cases.
Propose solutions and architectures based on client needs (from no-code/low-code to fully custom builds).
Integrate AI solutions with business tools (CRMs, ERPs, Slack, Teams, email, databases, etc.).
Deliver both quick prototypes (MVPs) and production-ready solutions depending on project needs.
Write clear SOPs and documentation for handoff to other engineers and VAs.
Collaborate closely with the founder and VAs to manage delivery.
Occasionally join client calls if technical expertise is required.

Requirements
Strong hands-on experience with AI frameworks and automation tools, including but not limited to:
Python, Node.js, OpenAI API, LangChain, RAG pipelines
No/low-code platforms (n8n, Make, Zapier, Lovable, etc.)
Proven ability to scope and deliver end-to-end projects independently.
Experience designing system integrations with third-party APIs and enterprise tools.
Strong problem-solving skills with ability to propose creative, efficient solutions.
Clear written and spoken English communication skills.
Ability to create SOPs and documentation for scaling development work.

Nice-to-Have
Prior experience in consulting or client-facing project delivery.
Understanding of enterprise IT environments (databases, cloud platforms, authentication, security).
Experience mentoring or leading small technical teams.

Engagement Details
Type: Project-based (with opportunity to transition to full-time role).
Location: Remote.
Collaboration: Work directly with founder + VA team.
Compensation: Open (please propose your rate).
