Space + Light Digital is expanding its creative capabilities and is looking for an exceptional AI Fashion Creative Director / Generative AI Art Director to help us build the next generation of fashion, beauty, ecommerce, and advertising imagery.
We are looking for someone who combines strong fashion/art direction and photography sensibility with advanced generative AI skills.
This is not a prompt-writing position.
We are looking for a visual creative who understands fashion, models, lighting, styling, composition, locations, set design, photography, retouching, and commercial image-making and knows how to use AI to create sophisticated, believable, campaign-level work.
What You Will Do
You will develop and execute AI-driven fashion campaigns from concept through final delivery.
You should be able to create or direct:
- AI fashion models and believable human characters
- Fashion/editorial model poses and expressions
- High-end fashion styling
- Hair and makeup concepts
- Locations and environments
- Studio and on-location environments
- Photographic lighting
- Natural and artificial light
- Cinematic lighting
- Camera angles and lens perspectives
- Fashion campaign compositions
- Set design and art direction
- Product and garment integration
- Lifestyle and editorial imagery
- Ecommerce and advertising imagery
- AI-generated fashion films and motion
- Campaign mood boards and visual concepts
- Multiple campaign variations while maintaining model/product consistency

- Comfortable with constant AI tool development
- Able to create believable commercial imagery
- Able to develop a concept from a blank page
- Comfortable receiving a fashion brief and turning it into a complete visual campaign
- Able to work independently and collaboratively with photographers, producers, stylists, retouchers and clients
Experience with fashion, beauty, ecommerce, advertising, editorial, luxury or commercial campaigns is highly desirable.
