Full-Funnel AI Agent

We are a cross-border legal and tax consulting firm serving global clients, with acquisition primarily driven by Google Ads. Facing time-zone challenges and handling high-ticket service inquiries (minimum $500 retainer deposit), where Email accounts for 65%-70% of communications, we are looking for an experienced AI engineer/agency to build an integrated AI Agent workflow system.  
The system should:
Provide 24/7 inbound inquiry qualification and lead scoring.  
Assist consultants/lawyers with automated case summaries and multilingual email drafting.  
Feed qualified sales data back into Google Ads via API to optimize campaign ROI.  
Key Scope of Work & ModulesModule 1: Inbound AI Qualification & Engagement Agent
Multi-channel Ingestion: Primary focus on Email and Web Forms/Live Chat, with potential extension to WhatsApp/SMS.  
Structured Lead Qualification: Interactively gather key user details based on service categories (e.g., real estate transactions, wills, legal disputes, single/joint buyer status).  
Automated Tagging & Scoring: Automatically categorize leads, apply descriptive tags, and assign lead quality scores.  
Retainer Deposit Trigger: Automatically prompt qualified high-intent leads to pay a $500 retainer fee before routing them to human legal consultants.  
Dormant Lead Re-engagement: Trigger automated follow-up sequences for cold or non-responsive leads.  
Module 2: AI-Powered CRM & Sales Co-pilot Agent
Omnichannel Timeline Sync: Automatically aggregate email threads and chat history into unified CRM lead profiles.  
Smart Email Draft Generator: Generate context-aware, highly professional draft replies in multiple languages (English, German, Japanese, etc.) using our SOP/Knowledge Base for one-click lawyer approval.  
Conversation Summarization & Reminders: Generate concise call/email summaries, highlight client pain points, and set automated reminders for follow-ups when leads go quiet.  
Module 3: Google Ads Closed-Loop Attribution Agent
Offline Conversion Tracking (OCT): Integrate Google Ads API to push backend milestone events (e.g., "Qualified Lead", "Deposit Paid") back to Google Ads.  
Attribution Feedback Dashboard: Provide a visual dashboard correlating Google Ads campaigns with downstream sales conversions to refine bidding strategies.
