AI-Powered Health Monitoring Device

This is a USA based requirement because the selected developer will also build the prototype for this project and ship it to me in the USA as a working solution at the stage agreed upon within the phases that will be outlined and agreed to by the developer and myself.. 
I am seeking an experienced hardware/embedded systems developer (or small team) to build a working prototype of a novel AI-enabled health monitoring device.
The project combines:
Embedded sensor hardware
Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) communication
Raspberry Pi or similar edge computing platform
Mobile application (iOS/Android)
Cloud connectivity
AI-based behavioral analysis and anomaly detection
The system will collect data from multiple sensors, establish individual baseline patterns, identify meaningful changes over time, and securely notify users when predefined conditions are detected.
The ideal developer should have experience with:
Raspberry Pi
ESP32 or similar microcontrollers
Bluetooth LE
IoT device development
Mobile app development
Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud)
AI/ML implementation for sensor data
PCB design (preferred)
Medical or health-related device experience is a plus
A signed NDA will be required before detailed specifications are shared.
This is intended to become a commercial product, so I am looking for someone interested in a long-term relationship beyond the prototype.
