I am looking for someone to draft architectural plans for an ADU 16ft x 19ft with an attached covered patio. The ADU is simple with just one bathroom. The ADU and patio share one continuous roof. the roof spans 43' 4" east west and 22' north south. The ADU supports the roof over the ADU plus an 18 inch eave. The remainder of the roof is held by 12 6x6s. There is an outdoor kitchen under the roof on the patio. I am looking for plans that comply with California codes, but they do not need to be completed by a California licensed architect. I'm looking for. a complete set of plans, including foundation, framing, structural details, truss calculations, roofing and gutter, plumbing, electrical, site plan, and grading and drainage.
