B2B RFP: MASS SOURCING PARTNER AGENCY

We are launching a high-velocity user growth initiative targeting specific geographic regions. We have a robust, centralized tracking infrastructure fully configured and ready to deploy. We are looking to contract either a single master partner or up to 5 strategic regional partners to execute a 10,000 unique mobile acquisition task within a compressed timeframe.

Volume: 10,000 unique, validated acquisitions (sign-ups/actions).

Velocity: Swift mobilization and immediate delivery upon campaign activation.
Scope of Work & Responsibilities

Mass Mobilization: Instantly deploy your internal agency assets, sub-networks, community channels, or digital optimization systems to funnel traffic to the designated target link.
Data Integrity: Ensure all acquisitions are unique, verified, and originate from real users within the permitted target regions.
Tracking Integration: Integrate seamlessly with our infrastructure. We provide the complete tracking architecture; your team must ensure your distribution links correctly pass unique identifiers back to our system in real time.
High-Frequency Reporting: Provide updates on acquisition counts and data pipelines during heavy push phases to ensure volume targets are met securely.

Partner Requirements
Legal Entity Status: Must be a legally registered agency, corporate entity, BPO, or established tech network capable of signing standard corporate vendor agreements.
Infrastructure: Proven capability to handle mass digital traffic or coordinate large-scale distributed task completion without relying on individual manual outreach.
Regional Dominance: Deep reach or localized optimization capabilities within the Philippines, Pan-Africa, or LATAM networks.
Compliance & Fraud Prevention: Partners must strictly adhere to our rigorous tracking protocols. Our proprietary fraud detection system automatically audits all traffic for unique delivery; bot traffic, duplicate entries, or automated form completions will result in immediate termination of the vendor agreement.
