Prepare bid/no-bid summaries
Create compliance matrices
Draft and review proposal responses
Track deadlines, amendments, and submission requirements

Requirements:
Experience with U.S. government proposals
Knowledge of SAM.gov and state/local bid portals
Experience with IT staffing or professional services proposals preferred
Must confirm you do not bid on the same opportunities or support competing bidders
