This is not a one-time marketing project. This is the launch of a brand and business ecosystem built around:
Book sales (Amazon + direct)
Parent workshops
Bulk sales to youth organizations
Speaking and consulting opportunities
I am looking for someone who can plan, execute, and optimize a full launch strategy, not just post content.

The goal of this role is to:
Drive book sales (Amazon + direct)
Build a parent + coach audience
Generate inbound leads from:
Position me as a thought leader in youth sports parenting
š¦ SCOPE OF WORK1. Launch Strategy Execution
Build and execute a 30ā60 day launch plan
Coordinate content, email, and outreach efforts
Ensure all pieces (content, landing page, funnel) are aligned
2. Content Strategy & Execution
Develop weekly content plan (short-form video + posts)
Repurpose book content into:
Work with me to extract ideas from the book and turn them into content
3. Funnel & Landing Page Optimization
Help structure and optimize landing page (Framer)
Create lead capture strategy (free guide, email list, etc.)
Improve conversion from visitor ā buyer
4. Email Marketing
5. Outreach Strategy (HIGH PRIORITY)
6. Analytics & Optimization
Track whatās working (content, traffic, conversions)
Adjust strategy based on performance

You are NOT just a social media manager.
You are:
A growth marketer or launch strategist
Someone who understands funnels, content, and conversions
Experienced in launching:
Books
Personal brands
Courses or info products
Must Have:
Bonus (Strong Preference):
Experience in sports, parenting, or coaching space
Experience selling to organizations (B2B outreach)
Familiarity with Amazon book launches
