BPO Team Needed for 16x7x365 Chat & Admin Support (Low Volume, On-Call, $700/mo)
Description:
We’re seeking a reliable BPO partner or remote team to provide 16 hours/day, 7 days/week, 365 days/year coverage for chat-based technical/admin support. This is a low-volume, on-call position—perfect for a BPO that can rotate 2–4 trained agents.
Key Details:
Coverage: 16 hours/day, 7 days/week (you choose the 16-hour window to cover)
Channels: HubSpot chat & WhatsApp (no voice support)
Volume: Fewer than 8 chats per day (average); <20 hours of active support/admin work per week
Admin Work: Each shift starts with 1–2 hours of admin tasks (ticket review, CRM entry, reports)
On-Call Duty: The rest of the shift is standby for instant response to live chat (must reply in under 1 minute)
Team Structure: 2–4 staff fully trained (1 on duty at a time for any shift)
Workload: Agents may handle other clients/tasks while on call—what matters is our SLA and daily tasks are met
Reporting: Daily or weekly summaries required (chats handled, tickets, issues, etc.)
Budget: $700 USD/month for total coverage
Ideal Partner:
Experienced BPO or remote team, not individuals
Proven background in chat support & admin work
Able to train and rotate 2–4 agents for coverage/redundancy
Familiar with HubSpot or quick to learn
Fast, reliable, and professional—can guarantee <1 minute response times
Willing to follow our SOPs and escalation process
