Chief Executive Officer — FinTech Infrastructure
About the Project
We are building a new financial technology platform focused on automated market execution and digital-asset infrastructure across global markets.
We are assembling a small leadership team ahead of the platform’s public launch and are looking for a CEO who can become the public face, communicator, and long-term operator of the project.
This is not a typical startup operator role.
The CEO will represent the platform publicly, communicate its vision and technology, build credibility within the community, and make complex financial concepts accessible to a broad audience.
Role Overview
The CEO will be responsible for representing the platform across:
Video updates
Community calls and AMAs
Interviews
Partner meetings
Educational and long-form content
Public announcements and communications
The focus is on credibility, clarity, and long-term brand building — not hype.
You will serve as the bridge between the technology, the business, and the people using it.
Core Responsibilities
Present regular recorded company and product updates
Host community calls and live discussions
Explain complex financial and technical concepts in simple language
Participate in interviews and meetings with partners
Build strong relationships with the company's community and stakeholders
Work closely with technical and operational teams to understand the platform
Lead communication during major company developments and changing market conditions
Protect and strengthen the company's reputation and brand
Ideal Candidate
We are looking for a communicator-operator — not simply a salesperson or promoter.
You should communicate naturally in a calm, confident, and educational manner.
You should be able to explain complex subjects without unnecessary jargon, communicate responsibly, and remain composed when addressing difficult questions or challenging situations.
You must be comfortable being visible, accountable, and the public representative of the company.
Requirements
Excellent spoken English
Confident and professional on camera
Comfortable hosting live discussions with large audiences
Experience in finance, technology, operations, business, or project leadership
Strong presentation and communication skills
Ability to communicate responsibly about financial and market-related topics
Ability to remain composed under pressure
Strong leadership and relationship-building skills
Long-term mindset and commitment
Strong Advantages
Background in FinTech, digital assets, trading, or software
Experience managing online communities or clients
Experience with presentations, public speaking, or education
Understanding of financial markets and market structure
Previous executive or leadership experience
If you are a strong communicator, confident leader, and want to play a central role in building a new international technology platform, we would like to hear from you.
Here are 5 video screening questions tailored to this CEO role. They are designed to assess camera presence, clarity, financial judgment, leadership, and ability to represent the platform publicly.
## Video Screening Questions
1. **Please introduce yourself and explain why you believe you are suited to be the public-facing CEO of a FinTech and digital-asset infrastructure platform.**
In your answer, briefly cover your leadership background, relevant experience in finance, technology, operations, trading, or digital assets, and what attracts you to this opportunity.
2. **Imagine you are recording a two-minute update for a community that is not highly technical. How would you explain “automated market execution” and why reliable digital-asset infrastructure matters to users?**
Please avoid jargon and focus on being clear, calm, educational, and credible.
3. **A sudden market downturn has caused concern in the community, and users are asking difficult questions about the platform’s reliability, roadmap, and risk exposure. How would you address them in a live AMA?**
Explain the tone you would use, the information you would share, what you would avoid speculating about, and how you would protect trust in the brand.
4. **Tell us about a time you had to communicate a complex, sensitive, or high-pressure issue to clients, a team, investors, partners, or an online community.**
What was the situation, how did you communicate it, what was the outcome, and what did you learn from the experience?
5. **This role requires more than presenting on camera—it requires long-term ownership of the company’s reputation, relationships, and direction. What would your first 90 days look like as CEO?**
Please describe how you would learn the product and technology, work with internal teams, establish a communications strategy, build community confidence, and prepare the platform for public launch.
