We’re RenoWave, a UK-based agency that helps renovation companies generate consistent client
projects through targeted ads and booking funnels.
We’re looking for a skilled cold caller / lead
generator who can book qualified appointments with renovation business owners.
Responsibilities:
• Use Lusha (provided) to source verified business phone numbers.
• Make outbound calls using bOnline VoIP system (account provided).
• Contact renovation companies across the UK (kitchens, bathrooms, flooring, extensions, etc.).
• Pitch RenoWave’s service and book meetings directly into our calendar.
• Overcome objections with provided scripts and objection-handling playbook.
• Log all calls, responses, and outcomes inside Flozy CRM (training provided).
• Share daily updates on booked meetings and weekly activity reports.

• Lusha (for leads)
• bOnline (for calls)
• Flozy CRM (for tracking)
• Call scripts, objection-handling book, and workflow guides
Requirements:
• Clear and professional spoken English (neutral or UK-friendly accent preferred).
• Previous cold calling / B2B sales experience (SMMA or construction industry is a bonus).
• Reliable internet and headset for calling.
• Confidence in handling objections and speaking with business owners.
Pay:
£500 fixed per month (paid at month-end).
Additional Info:
• Workload: Monday to Friday, UK business hours
(flexible within 4–6 hrs/day).
• Finn, our previous cold caller, has left a list of leads + notes that will be shared in a Google Doc for onboarding.
