Job Description:
We are seeking a Freelance Lead Generation & Meeting Setter to identify and connect with key decision-makers for two distinct business ventures. This is a performance-based contract.
Who we are looking for: A highly motivated individual with strong research, communication, and marketing skills capable of identifying and initiating contact with potential buyers.
What will you be doing? (Key Responsibilities & Deliverables) Your primary goal is to identify and secure scheduled meetings with the person in charge of procurement or supplier relationships for our target businesses. This involves:
- Market Research:
- For Vending Machines: Researching hotels, universities, schools, bus terminals, and train terminals to identify relevant contacts for vending machine placement.
- For Cattle Farming Cultivation: Researching supermarkets, F&B establishments (e.g., serving "sate maranggi"), food distributors, and other B2B channels to identify procurement managers for meat products.
- Lead Identification: Pinpointing the specific individual responsible for procurement/supplier relationships.
- Initial Outreach: Making initial contact (e.g., email, LinkedIn, phone) to qualify interest and introduce our business propositions.
- Meeting Scheduling: Successfully scheduling a confirmed meeting (online or in-person) between our business representative and the identified procurement contact.
Why is this project available? We aim to expand the market reach for our vending machine business and cattle farming cultivation. This project enables us to connect directly with key decision-makers for potential partnerships and sales.
When will you work? (Availability & Duration)
- Flexibility: This is a remote role with flexible hours. You manage your own workflow to achieve deliverables.
- Duration: We anticipate an ongoing project. Continued engagement depends on your consistent success in securing qualified meetings.
Where will you work? This is a fully remote position. You can work from any location, provided you can effectively research and connect with contacts in Indonesia (specifically Java for cattle farming) and relevant regions for the vending machine business.
Compensation Structure: Payment is strictly performance-based:
- You will earn $5 USD for each 5 successfully scheduled meeting with a confirmed procurement/supplier relations person.
- A "successfully scheduled meeting" is defined as the contact person explicitly agreeing to and confirming a specific date and time for a meeting with our business representative.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in Lead Generation, Business Development, or Sales Development.
- Strong Marketing acumen, particularly in target audience identification and crafting effective outreach.
- Excellent research skills (online directories, LinkedIn, company websites).
- Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal).
- Ability to clearly understand and articulate business propositions.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (optional).
