We are currently hiring cold callers for commercial roofing outreach across the state of Maine, New Hampshire
This is a remote, performance-based role focused on contacting commercial property owners and decision-makers, identifying real roofing needs or interest, and setting qualified appointments for our inspection team.
A dedicated company phone number will be provided for all outbound calls—no personal number required.
Role Overview
● Call commercial property owners and decision-makers across Maine
● Identify genuine roofing needs, maintenance issues, or interest in restoration services
● Set qualified appointments for on-site inspections
● Maintain a professional, consistent, and confident approach on every call
Expectations
● Submit a daily end-of-day report with call activity and notes (contact name, company, outcome, and follow-up details)
● Minimum target: 2 qualified leads per week
● A qualified lead is defined as:
● Reached a decision-maker
● Confirmed a legitimate commercial roofing need or interest
● Scheduled an appointment that is completed with our team
Compensation
● $100 per qualified commercial roofing lead
● No base pay—strictly performance-based
● Payment is issued for verified, completed, high-quality appointments regardless of sale outcome
Territory
● Entire state of Maine and New Hampshire
