BayLineUp is looking for experienced freelance sales and cold-outreach professionals to help us acquire new business customers.
We offer freelancers the same 30% / 20% commission structure available to our marketing partners.
This is designed to give strong performers meaningful upside rather than limiting compensation to an hourly rate.
Full commission attribution and payout terms will be provided before outreach begins.
This is a 100% commission-based opportunity. There is no hourly rate, retainer, or payment for leads generated. You are compensated when your outreach produces business.
Compensation
What You Will Do
You will independently:
- Find and qualify your own prospective customers
- Build and manage your own lead lists
- Conduct cold email, phone, LinkedIn, or other professional outbound outreach
- Introduce businesses to BayLineUp
- Communicate our value proposition clearly
- Follow up with prospects
- Help move interested prospects toward becoming customers
- Keep reasonable records of the prospects you contact so referrals can be properly attributed
We do not provide the lead lists. You must be capable of sourcing your own legitimate business prospects.
Requirements
You should have:
Impeccable spoken and written English
Professional communication skills
Prior experience with cold outreach, lead generation, appointment setting, B2B sales, or business development
The ability to research and source your own leads
Confidence communicating directly with business owners and decision-makers
Reliable follow-up habits
A professional approach to outreach — no spam or misleading sales tactics
Experience selling to automotive businesses, local service businesses, SaaS customers, or small-to-medium-sized businesses is a plus.
