Project OverviewWe have just opened a new middle school in Akyeremade, Ghana — a modern, two-story facility. One room remains unfinished: The Technology Lab. We aim to raise $20,000 within 30 days to equip the lab with laptops, desks, internet access, and educational software, giving students their first-ever digital learning experience.
Two Sponsorship OpportunitiesWe are seeking a consultant who can pursue either (or both) of these sponsorship options:
Direct Tech Lab Sponsor – Fund the $20,000 needed to fully outfit the Technology Lab in Ghana.
Asante Gold Sponsor – Our top-level sponsorship for the upcoming AfroCareCLT Cultural Gala in Charlotte, NC. This $15,000 Legacy IMPACT sponsorship includes: 3 VIP tables (24 tickets) with premium seating, naming rights to the 2025 Gala, the Tech Lab named in their honor with a custom plaque in Ghana, a 5–10 minute speaking slot at the event, name on invitations, banner on stage, major sponsor recognition in all pre-event media, dedicated social media post, logo featured on our website for 12 months, two Ghanaian artworks, and an Eh'vivi Chef’s Table Experience for up to 8 people post-gala (valued at $1,000).
Scope of WorkWe are seeking an experienced Corporate Sponsorship & Fundraising Consultant to:
Identify potential corporate, philanthropic, or high-net-worth sponsors aligned with our mission.
Develop and refine compelling sponsorship proposals.
Conduct outreach, follow-up, and relationship management until funding is secured.
Who We’re Looking For
Proven record of securing $10K+ sponsorships for nonprofits.
Strong research and networking capabilities.
Demonstrated success connecting with corporate decision-makers.
Passion for supporting under-resourced communities and advancing education.
Skilled in persuasive proposal writing.
Able to work with urgency and meet a 30-day target.
