Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Corporate Trainer to deliver custom-designed training programs to government and corporate clients across the UAE.The trainer will be responsible for conducting specialized courses that focus on project management, strategy, partnerships, leadership, and operations, ensuring high engagement, measurable learning outcomes, and alignment with each client’s objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver customized training packages to participants using approved materials, tools, and interactive learning methods.
Conduct engaging, hands-on, and practical sessions that inspire active participation and measurable learning impact.
Evaluate participants’ performance and progress through assessments, activities, and reports.
Adapt the delivery style and content to meet the specific needs of different client organizations.
Collaborate with the internal training coordination team to continuously improve and update training materials.
Share feedback and performance summaries after each training engagement.
Maintain a high level of professionalism, ethics, and cultural awareness throughout the training delivery.
Travel within the UAE as required to conduct on-site programs.
