Objective

Graviton is a founder-led advisory firm where outbound calling drives revenue.

This role exists to eliminate CRM friction so the founder can open HubSpot and dial immediately.

Your job is clean, usable data.


Scope of Work

You will:

  • Deduplicate companies and contacts using written rules

  • Merge records without losing activity history or associations

  • Normalize company naming and domains

  • Ensure one primary decision-maker per company (where applicable)

  • Standardize phone fields into dial-ready format

  • Remove dead or unusable records per defined criteria

  • Deliver outbound-ready lists


You are done when:

  • One clean company record per firm

  • No duplicate domains

  • Clear primary contact per company

  • Phone numbers are dial-ready

  • CRM is frictionless and usable


We are optimizing for speed and usability — not CRM perfection.

Required Experience

  • Demonstrated HubSpot cleanup experience

  • Experience with object associations (companies ↔ contacts)

  • Clear understanding of merge logic and data preservation

  • Comfortable following written rules precisely

  • Stops and asks when unclear — does not assume

Explicitly Not Included


You will NOT:

  • Redesign the CRM

  • Build workflows

  • Create automations

  • Change lifecycle architecture

  • Recommend new tools


This is cleanup and stabilization only.
