CRM Cleanup & Data Hygiene Specialist (HubSpot)

Objective (Read This First)

Graviton is a founder-led advisory firm where outbound calling drives revenue.
This role exists to eliminate CRM friction so the founder can spend 100% of his time on live conversations.

Your job is not strategy.
Your job is clean, usable data.

Core Responsibilities


You will be responsible for fixing and stabilizing HubSpot, specifically:

  • Deduplicate companies and contacts

  • Normalize company records (naming, domains, ownership)

  • Ensure 1 primary decision-maker per company where possible

  • Clean phone fields (remove junk, format correctly)

  • Remove dead / unusable records

  • Tag or segment records cleanly for outbound use

  • Ensure lists are dial-ready, not “CRM-perfect”


You are done when:

  • Lists are usable

  • Duplicates are gone

  • The founder can open HubSpot and dial immediately


What “Good” Looks Like

  • No duplicate companies for the same firm

  • Clear, consistent company naming

  • One clean contact per company (unless more are clearly relevant)

  • Phone numbers formatted and usable

  • CRM is simple, not bloated


We are optimizing for speed and usability, not perfection.

Tools You’ll Use

  • HubSpot (required experience)

  • CSV imports / exports

  • Google Sheets or Excel


Required Experience

  • Prior hands-on HubSpot cleanup experience

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Comfortable working independently with minimal guidance

  • Able to make judgment calls without over-engineering


Explicit Non-Responsibilities (Important)

You will not:

  • Design CRM strategy

  • Create workflows

  • Build automations

  • Recommend tools

  • Re-architect HubSpot


This is cleanup and stabilization only.
