We are seeking a CRM & Pipedrive Automation Manager to own the design, implementation, and optimization of our CRM workflows. This role ensures that marketing (FluentCRM/WordPress) and sales (Pipedrive) are seamlessly connected, enabling smooth lead handoff, pipeline visibility, and automation that improves conversion and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • CRM Management

    • Oversee daily operations of Pipedrive CRM, ensuring data accuracy, clean pipelines, and optimized workflows.

    • Manage integrations between Pipedrive, FluentCRM (WordPress), and other business tools.

    • Maintain contact, deal, and activity records with consistent naming and tagging conventions.

  • Automation & Process Optimization

    • Design and implement automation rules to streamline lead qualification, deal creation, pipeline progression, and follow-ups.

    • Connect marketing automation (FluentCRM) with sales pipeline (Pipedrive) using WP Fusion, Zapier, or webhooks.

    • Monitor and troubleshoot workflows, ensuring smooth data flow across platforms.

  • Sales Enablement & Reporting

    • Create dashboards and reports in Pipedrive for forecasting, pipeline health, and sales performance.

    • Train and support the sales team on CRM usage, automation, and best practices.

    • Provide insights to marketing on campaign-to-revenue attribution.

  • Quality & Compliance

    • Enforce data hygiene practices and manage duplicate prevention.

    • Ensure CRM processes align with GDPR and data privacy regulations.


Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience managing Pipedrive CRM and sales automation tools.

  • Familiarity with WordPress / FluentCRM (or similar marketing automation systems).

  • Strong knowledge of workflow automation (Zapier, WP Fusion, Make, etc.).

  • Analytical mindset — ability to translate sales/marketing processes into measurable CRM workflows.

  • Excellent communication skills for cross-team collaboration (sales + marketing).

  • Bonus: Experience with eCommerce (WooCommerce), online booking systems, or SaaS sales environments.
