Custom Assessment Build Kajabi Integrate

Overview
We need to hire someone to build a custom online assessment tool that integrates with our Kajabi website. The tool should:
 
Deliver an assessment (Likert, forced-choice, scenarios). Content will be provided.
Score responses across 9 domains with weighted logic that will be provided.
Generate an automated personalized PDF report.
Deliver the report seamlessly to each paying customer and admin via Kajabi.
 
We cannot use third-party platforms like Pointerpro or Brilliant Assessments due to the ongoing annual costs. This must be a custom build that we own and can run affordably and it must be possible to make changes to the questions and weightings/scoring in a low code/no code way after the initial tool is delivered..
 
Functional Requirements
Assessment Engine
Question types:
Likert scale (1–5, agree/disagree)
Forced-choice/trade-off (smaller component)
Scenario-based multiple choice
Supports branching logic (show certain questions based on prior answers).
 
Admin interface to:
Add/edit questions
Assign scoring weights
Map questions to one or multiple domains
Manage the branching logic
 
Scoring
9 scoring domains.
Weighted formulas (some items contribute to multiple domains).
Each domain produces a score or level (e.g., Low / Medium / High).
Optional overall “composite score” roll-up.
 
Personalized PDF Reports
Generated automatically upon completion. Must be stored in Kajabi account area of customer, also stored in app admin area, emailed to customer and also emailed to assessor for review
Branded design (logo, colors, fonts will be provided)
Charts/visuals of domain scores
Conditional narrative text based on score levels
 
Kajabi Integration
Workflow:
User purchases access in Kajabi.
Redirect to assessment (embedded in Kajabi page or external app).
Complete assessment.
PDF report auto-generated and delivered.
 
Admin Requirements
Ability for us to:
Export raw data to excel
Update questions and scoring logic without developer support
Manage report templates
Secure data storage (GDPR compliant).
 
Tech Stack (happy to hear suggestions, open to alternatives)
Frontend: React or Vue (can embed in Kajabi via iframe).
Backend: Node.js / Python / PHP (open to developer preference).
Database: MySQL / PostgreSQL (for responses & scoring logic).
PDF Generation: jsPDF, ReportLab, or similar.
Integration: Zapier or direct Kajabi API/webhooks.
Hosting: AWS / DigitalOcean / Heroku (affordable & scalable).

Fully working assessment app (deployed and integrated with Kajabi).
Branded PDF report templates and a fully working first assessment.
Automated email and Kajabi account delivery setup.
Admin panel for adding new assessments, editing questions and managing results.
Documentation + training for ongoing management.
 
Skills Required
