Customer Support + Sales & Marketing (Basic Technical Support) 
We’re hiring a sales-first customer support specialist who closes deals, runs outbound campaigns, and handles basic Android support via TeamViewer. This is not a ticket-closing role. This is a results role.
Integrity is non-negotiable. Clear reporting, real numbers, no excuses.
Schedule
Tuesday to Saturday (5 days/week)
15:00–03:00 ICT availability required
Pay (Total transparency)
Base salary: up to $600/month (based on experience + test)
Unlimited commission
Expected earnings for strong performers: $1200+ per month
What You’ll Do
Convert inbound leads from chat, email, and social into paying customers
Run outbound marketing daily: Email, SMS, WhatsApp, and social follow-ups
Hit and exceed sales targets with structured follow-up and clean pipeline discipline
Provide basic Android troubleshooting via TeamViewer (installs, cache/data, speed tests, connectivity checks)
Lead the team: train and mentor other staff to handle sales and marketing calls, improve scripts, raise standards, and build a culture of winning
You Must Have
Proven sales conversion results (show evidence)
Strong email/SMS/WhatsApp marketing experience (real campaigns, real outcomes)
SLA support experience (proof required)
Confidence with TeamViewer + basic Android troubleshooting
Winning mentality: proactive, consistent, accountable, overachiever
