Key Responsibilities
• Data Hygiene & Deduplication: Systematically auditing CRM entries to remove redundancies and ensure a "Single Source of Truth."
• Strategic Input: Managing complex data migration and entry tasks with a focus on high-velocity accuracy.
• Compliance Stewardship: Handling sensitive information with strict adherence to GDPR (UK/EU) and CCPA (US) data privacy standards.
• System Optimization: Maintaining spreadsheets and databases using advanced modeling techniques (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, and automated workflows).
• Digital Asset Organization: Cataloging and categorizing company assets to streamline cross-departmental access.
Technical Proficiencies
• Advanced Spreadsheet Management: Expert-level Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel (focus on data validation and cleaning).
• CRM Ecosystems: Hands-on experience with platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Airtable.
• Project Intelligence Tools: Familiarity with Notion, Asana, or ClickUp for operational tracking.
• Communication: Elite command of professional English, capable of delivering "high-signal" progress reports.
