I am the inventor of 2 board games: Gle'x and Z-Chess. Gle'x is the first invention. Later, I tried to simplify Gle'x because it has lengthy rules - I ended up combining it with conventional Chess, therefore, I named it Z-Chess. I have loaned both games to the zillionsofgames.com site from where they can be downloaded. The games were programmed for online play by Lynn Smith.

Now I am thinking about building a website similar to lichess.org where people could play both my games online. Perhaps conventional Chess could be added to the menu. No one owns Chess, so it can be used by anyone.

My playing site could be named Z-Chess.com or Z-Chess.org. I would buy the domain name, of course, and I think I would be able to find hosting as well. The zillions .zrf programs can NOT be used, so a new software should be created for my games. Advertisers would generate income if the site functioned well and attracted many players.

So, I am looking for someone who could create the playing site as well as write the programs for the games.

My games on the zillions site can be viewed here:

https://zillionsofgames.com/cgi-bin/zilligames/submissions.cgi/27724?searchauthor=174

I will upload images of the games.

If interested, please, contac me here, or send me an e-mail to zbartok@gmail.com

ADDITION:

I need to apologize to all of you who have already replied to this post either here, or by e-mail.

I wanted to continue writing this post. I did not realize that I would be getting so many replies immediately.

If I remember well, for the questions about compensation, I selected "I am not sure". There were 2 other possibilities, 1. Fixed  price 2. Hourly. In fact, I have just found that section, copied it, I will attach it as a file.

I framed the "Not sure" selection with red.

Anyway, let me tell you that I am retired, have no money to pay anything upfront.

I have never worked with developers, I don't know how they get compensated... but I thought I would propose a JOINT VENTURE. I provide the games, the developer builds the website. I do have the time, so managing the

site would be no problem for me.

I PROPOSE a 50%-50% split of all revenues the website would generate.

Players could join free during the first year, later a registration fee could be introduced if the site was well liked by many players. I guess the main source of revenue would be from advertisers. Of course, if the site was built for that as well, tournaments could be held with entry fees, and, let's say, only half of the money collected would be paid out in prizes - just like in conventional chess tournaments.

I hope all of you who have already replied here on this site will be able to read this 'addition'. I will reply with it to all who have sent me e-mails.

Thanks for your understanding... and if you are interested in working with me in a joint venture the way I outlined it above, please, let me know. Again, my e-mail address is zbartok@gmail.com
