Email Outreach & LinkBuilding Specialist

Description: We are seeking a highly organized freelancer to manage daily backlink and outreach campaigns for our digital marketing projects. This is an execution-focused role requiring high attention to detail.

Project Scope: Your primary goal is to analyze competitor backlinks, find contact info, and manage the outreach process to secure placements. You must handle the data organization so decisions can be made quickly.

Daily Deliverables:
Competitor Analysis: Use Ahrefs to review competitor backlinks and create a daily target list.
Contact Finding: Locate valid emails or contact forms for the targeted sites.
Outreach Execution: Send 1–3 versions of outreach messages (templates provided/collaborated on).
Tracking & Organization: Log all data into a spreadsheet including: Site, Traffic, Price, Contact Method, Reply Status, and Follow-up Date.

Freelancer Requirements:
Resourceful: You try free/low-effort options first (directories, AI tool listings, forum comments) before paid options.
Pattern Recognition: You can identify which types of sites make up the majority of competitor backlinks.
Communication: Comfortable handling follow-ups and email correspondence professionally.
Schedule: Ability to overlap 3–4 hours with Singapore time.

Contract Details:
Type: Hourly / Ongoing
Volume: Approx. 30+ hours per week.
Location: Remote.
