JOB DESCRIPTION: Lifecycle / CRM Specialist

Core Responsibilities:
Execute, manage, and optimize all email and SMS campaigns across the customer lifecycle
Own retention flows, membership nurture sequences, reactivation campaigns, and segmentation
Write and adapt email and SMS copy aligned to approved messaging frameworks
Create email layouts and modular designs using existing brand guidelines and templates
Build, launch, and maintain campaigns and automated flows
Schedule deployments, perform QA, and ensure deliverability and compliance
Monitor performance and provide regular reporting with insights and recommendations
Support Provided: Campaign strategy, messaging direction, sequencing, and priorities are defined in advance. Approved brand guidelines, messaging frameworks, creative assets, templates, briefs, and KPIs are provided to guide execution across email and SMS.
