We are MG Polyplast, an India-based manufacturer and exporter of Polycarbonate, Acrylic (PMMA), and Polystyrene sheets. Our team will be traveling to Vietnam in December for customer visits and business meetings with companies in the same industry.
Role Overview:
We are looking for a freelance Vietnamese–English speaker to help us schedule business meetings for our December visit to Vietnam. You will be given an Excel sheet with a list of selected companies. Your only responsibility is to call these companies, communicate in Vietnamese, and fix a meeting date and time for December.
The role requires fluency in both Vietnamese and English, confidence in making business phone calls. The work begins immediately and should be completed by early December. Compensation will be discussed based on your experience and availability. In addition, we may require your physical presence for a few days during our visit in December to assist with communication and coordination while meeting the companies.
