Main Responsibilities
- Business Research & Outreach:
Identify and contact companies, chambers of commerce, and potential SAiA partners in all 50 states (email, phone, physical addresses). - Investor & Partner Coordination:
Help organize leads, calls, and investor follow-ups. - Communication Management:
Assist in preparing and sending official messages, partnership introductions, and invitations. - Scheduling & Follow-Up:
Keep track of meetings, deadlines, and deliverables. - Vision Development:
Participate in strategy sessions, brainstorming, and feedback on new divisions (IntegrAii, ConsciAiApp, InstAitute, etc.).

- Fluent English speaker (native or near-native).
- Excellent communication and writing skills (formal + conversational).

- Basic understanding of business development, marketing, or startup operations.
