Explainer Animated Video

We are a U.S.-based nonprofit organization operating in the childcare workforce and compliance sector. We are seeking an experienced motion designer / explainer video producer to create a clean, policy-safe animated infographic explainer for use with state agencies, licensing authorities, and workforce boards.
This is not a marketing video.
It is an institutional / GovTech explainer.
Project Scope
Duration: 60–90 seconds
Style: Modern, minimal, institutional (GovTech / public sector)
Animation: Clean transitions, line-draws, icon animation (no cartoons)
Tone: Neutral, authoritative, non-sales
Format: 16:9 (primary), 1:1 or 9:16 (secondary cut optional)
We Will Provide
Final, approved script
Storyboard outline with scene-by-scene direction
Brand guidance (colors, tone)
Logo and copy assets
You Will Deliver
Animated explainer video (MP4)
Captions/subtitles (SRT or burned-in)
One round of minor revisions included
Source file (After Effects / Canva / equivalent)
Required Experience (Non-Negotiable)

Confirmation that this is not a sales or ad-style video
Proposals without relevant samples will not be reviewed.
Budget Guidance
Target budget: $50–$250 USD
Higher budget available for:
