Position Overview:
We are recruiting a Fractional CEO who will work remotely to lead our business strategy and operations. This role is ideal for an experienced business leader who can complement our technical strengths with strategic vision, business acumen, and leadership. All work will be conducted online, offering complete flexibility in terms of location.

Required Qualifications:
Passion and Drive: We are looking for someone who brings genuine enthusiasm and commitment to building and scaling a business in the IT sector.
Deep Knowledge of the IT Industry: You should have a solid understanding of IT trends, technologies, and market dynamics to effectively guide our strategic direction.
Business Planning and Strategy Skills: Proven ability to develop comprehensive business plans, identify market opportunities, and create executable strategies for growth.
Preferred Qualifications:
MBA or Business Administration Background: A formal education in business administration or an MBA degree would be advantageous.
Fundamental IT Skills: Basic technical literacy and understanding of IT systems and processes will help you collaborate effectively with our engineering team.
Marketing Skills: Experience in marketing strategy, customer acquisition, and brand development would be highly valuable.

Employment Details:
Work Format: 100% remote - all responsibilities can be completed online

Contract Duration: 6 months or longer, subject to mutual satisfaction and performance
