HCA is an app with multiple editions on a roadmap that extends to Phase 4. The Public Free Edition (Phase 1) is already built and ready for deployment.

Registered Free Edition (Phase 2) adds personal accounts with a dashboard and three supporting features, along with an Admin Panel. The HTML wireframes for the Registered front end and Admin Panel are already created, and the backend elements (including API specifications, table definitions and domain model) have been defined.

Scope of this SoW (28 days)
Migrate the existing HCA site to Microsoft Azure.
Implement the backend and database for Registered Free Edition and the Admin Panel according to the existing API specifications.
Integrate Paystack for voucher and advert payments.
Wire up the existing Registered and Admin HTML front ends to the backend.
Deploy the full solution (front end, backend, database, storage, logging) to Azure with basic monitoring and deployment documentation.
