Job Description

We are a Cash-in-Transit (CIT) and Financial Services company operating a live LevAROL-based vault management system. We require an experienced Full-Stack Developer to build a Lovable.dev project that introduces a new Cash Book Module for managing all teller and vault cash movements.

This project will integrate directly with our existing vault logic, authentication, and bag intake system, expanding functionality for float declarations, vault transfers, approvals, and comprehensive financial reporting.

Scope of WorkFrontend (Lovable.dev UI)

Create a modern, responsive interface with the following sections:
Landing Page: Option to choose between Cash Book or Bag Intake
Teller Dashboard: Cash In/Out form, totals summary, vault balance
Supervisor Dashboard: Approvals, Float confirmations, Vault Transfers
Reports Page: Filterable and exportable analytics view (PDF, CSV, XLSX)
Implement real-time validation and role-based access control (Teller, Supervisor, Manager, Admin).
Backend (Supabase / Node.js / PostgreSQL)
Build secure backend modules for:
Float Declaration Workflow (daily teller float, approval required)
Inter-Vault Transfers (dual approval, OTP/PIN confirmation)
End-of-Day Reconciliation and discrepancy logging
Vault Synchronization with LevAROL APIs (balance updates, mapping)
Audit Logging for every approval and change
Configurable Approval Thresholds and alerts
Include a comprehensive Reporting Engine for management analytics.
Reporting & Analytics
Generate multiple report types:
Teller Summaries, Vault Balances, Float Reports, Transfers, Exception Logs
Advanced filters: date range, product, vault, teller, currency, approval status
Export options: PDF, CSV, XLSX
Scheduled auto-report emails via webhook or Supabase function.

Fully functional Lovable.dev project (frontend + backend JSON)
Integration with existing LevAROL vault APIs
Admin and Supervisor dashboards with approval workflows
Comprehensive reporting module
Full system documentation (API, workflows, and deployment guide)
Optional: Post-launch support and tuning




Required Skills

Lovable.dev (React + Tailwind + JSON workflow building)
Supabase (or Node.js + PostgreSQL backend)
API integration (REST/JSON)
Workflow & approval logic design (Maker-Checker pattern)
Experience with fintech, accounting, or cash management systems
Frontend UX/UI for enterprise dashboards
Preferred Qualifications
Prior work with financial or banking platforms
Understanding of CIT operations or vault systems
Knowledge of LevAROL or similar ERP logic
Experience creating role-based access systems with audit trails
Strong documentation and communication skills
