Full-Time YouTube Video Editor (Real-Est

Seeking a full-time video editor for my real estate YouTube channel. I'm looking for edits similar to Jeff Su's editing style.

Scope of Work
Edit 4 long-form YouTube videos per month, each 20–40 minutes long.
Convert 60–90 minutes of raw footage into engaging YouTube videos.
Create high-retention hooks within the first 120 seconds.
Use pattern interrupts every 3 seconds (B-roll, zooms, animations, graphics, etc.).
Ensure visual or audio changes every 45–60 seconds to keep viewers engaged.
Add and balance elements such as:
B-roll
Text overlays
Screen recordings
Lower thirds
Chapters
Music
Sound effects
Transitions

Additional Information
I will pay an additional $20 bonus for every video returned within 48 hours.
