Job Title: General Admin / Data Entry Assistant (Zoho Focus)



Overview
We are looking for a highly detail-oriented administrative assistant with strong Zoho experience to support our team with data entry and system organization. The first task will be building out and structuring our inventory system by inputting products correctly and consistently.
Responsibilities
Input and organize products within Zoho Inventory / Zoho ecosystem
Create and structure product listings (names, SKUs, descriptions, pricing, categories)
Build product bundles and groupings where required
Maintain clean and consistent data formatting across the system
Follow defined workflows and naming conventions
Identify gaps, inconsistencies, or inefficiencies in the system
Assist in improving inventory structure and organization
Requirements (Must Have)
Proven experience with Zoho (Inventory, Books, or related apps)
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Experience with data entry and system organization
Ability to follow structured processes and instructions
Comfortable working independently and reporting progress
Good written communication
Nice to Have
Experience with construction or product-based businesses
Understanding of inventory systems and product categorization
Experience building or cleaning up Zoho systems
Scope
Initial project: Product input and inventory system setup
Ongoing work available based on performance
Compensation
Hourly or fixed rate (to be discussed)
Preference for cost-effective, high-output candidates
