Project Overview We are seeking an experienced full-stack development team to convert an extensively designed and approved HTML prototype into a secure, scalable and production-ready digital health platform. HealthCentreApp is a mobile-first digital health support platform designed to help citizens:
• locate medical facilities;
• maintain personal health information;
• manage medicines, laboratory results and symptoms;
• use controlled AI-assisted health support;
• manage ChildHealth profiles;
• securely share selected health information;
• receive support from certified Community Digital Health Assistants (CDHAs); and
