I am seeking a Recruiter to recruit, screen, rank and recommend Care Givers to provide 24-hour in-home care for my mother who is 94 years old. This Recruiter position will be short term, probably about two weeks.
The Recruiter will identify candidates only within the United States that can travel to Kansas and remain within the home for 20 consecutive days caring for my mother. The Care Giver should minimally be a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) and have several years of experience caring for elderly, giving medication, cooking meals and preparing snacks, assisting with bathroom and diaper changing, conducting mental and physical exercises, and maintaining the home clean in orderly.
The Recruiter must be able to call Care Giver candidates to conduct detailed screening. The Recruiter must be available via phone and email for me to participate in the screening and evaluation process. We will provide the Care Giver Position Description that the recruiter will use to recruit, screen, rank and select. I have attached a biography of my mother.
