Administrative & Secretarial Customer Service & Account Management

We are looking for a reliable freelance operations and customer support specialist to provide ongoing remote support services for SportsFixtures.net.

This is an ongoing freelance contract for a freelancer who can help with customer support, CRM updates, sales follow-up, marketing follow-up, daily reporting and small operational coordination tasks.

The work will be structured with clear daily tasks, written playbooks and agreed reporting. We are looking for someone who is organised, responsive, positive and able to communicate clearly in written English.

Scope of Work

The freelancer will help with:

Customer support replies and follow-ups
CRM updates and customer notes
Renewal and winback follow-up activity
Sales and marketing follow-up tasks
HubSpot, WhatsApp and email-based communication
Daily task tracking and written updates
Preparing start-of-day and end-of-day reports
Following written SOPs and playbooks
Escalating urgent customer or technical issues quickly
Helping coordinate simple tasks with other freelancers or team members
Suggesting improvements to support, sales and operations workflows

Required Skills

Strong written English
Customer support experience
CRM or admin experience
Sales or retention follow-up experience
Good organisation and task tracking
Reliable communication
Ability to follow written instructions and SOPs
Ability to work independently and provide regular updates
Stable internet connection
Backup internet preferred
Experience with remote teams preferred

Helpful but Not Required

HubSpot experience
WordPress or technical support background
Project coordination experience
Team coordination experience
Experience with renewals, winbacks or customer retention

Availability

We need regular availability for 40 hours per week.

Preferred availability window: 15:00–03:00 ICT.

Weekend availability is required as part of the agreed weekly schedule.

Budget

Hourly rate: $3/hour
Estimated weekly hours: 40 hours
Estimated monthly budget: approximately $500–$520 depending on hours worked

This will be managed as an hourly freelance contract through Guru.

Important Notes

This project requires reliable communication and consistent availability during agreed working hours. Because this includes live customer support, delayed replies, missed updates or unexplained absences will not work for this project.
