Project Overview
We are seeking an experienced contractor to optimize our existing HubSpot setup and build out a fully integrated CRM program. The goal is to create a scalable, efficient system that supports marketing, sales, and customer management across the organization.
Scope of Work
1. HubSpot Optimization:
Lead Tracking to allow for report generation
Ability to build pipelines and prospect forecasting 
Align CRM with sales processes and reporting needs
Lead conversion rates
Campaign effectiveness
Connect HubSpot with relevant third-party applications
Deliver best practices for ongoing CRM management
Ideal Contractor Profile
Proven experience with HubSpot CRM (setup, optimization, automation)
Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
Timeline & Engagement
Project-based (with potential for ongoing support)
